Ulexite SL8

Ulexite SL8 is a young mare by Viscerado out of our foundation mare Calista. She is a modern sport horse with a naturally balanced canter, an exceptional flat-kneed trot, and the athleticism we strive to produce at Slate Equestrian. Ulexite was awarded First Premium at her foal inspection, recognizing her outstanding quality, correctness, and athletic potential from an early age.

Her sire Viscerado successfully competed to 1.40m in Europe before being imported to North America to pursue a hunter career. Since then, he has proven his versatility by competing successfully in the Hunters, Equitation, and Hunter Derbies up to 4', demonstrating the rideability, movement, and style that make him an exceptional choice for producing horses suited to the North American market. Viscerado consistently passes on athleticism, carefulness, quality movement, and excellent temperaments to his offspring.

On the dam side, we find Calista, one of the cornerstone mares of the Slate Equestrian breeding program. Selected for her exceptional European pedigree, athleticism, and strong maternal qualities, Calista has proven herself as an outstanding producer. Her offspring consistently display excellent movement, correct conformation, and the trainable minds that are the foundation of our breeding program.
